A WhatsApp-first grocery ordering platform for catalogue browsing, cart management, delivery pricing and structured order processing.

The Challenge
Informal grocery orders submitted through chat can contain incomplete customer details, inconsistent product selections and information that is difficult to process reliably.
My Contribution
Designed backend services for customer sessions, catalogue management, cart operations, delivery pricing, order submission and administrative workflows.
The Solution
The platform converts guided WhatsApp interactions into structured customer, product, cart, delivery and order records. FastAPI and Django services coordinate the business workflow while PostgreSQL stores the operational data.
